Too much going on!!!

So where to start... Well Halle is super excited for Christmas and I finally had to put all the presents up because she was ripping all the bows off and trying to get in to them (just like her mommy!) I am so blessed to have such amazing people I work with and they suprised me by doing a sub for santa for Halle and I! There is so many presents for Halle she is going to have so much fun Christmas morning! They also got me a ton of food. I don't know what I did to deserve such amazing friends. I am so overwhelmed with their selflessness and kindness!

Also I am m0ving back down to Draper on Saturday. I am so excited, It's a bottom floor apartment NO STAIRS!!! I could scream with how often I am going up and down those darn stairs in my house.

I am posting a couple pics of Halle, My mom bought her a christmas dress and took her to church. I put her hair in curlers and I took them out right before her nap. Well I should of left them in cause by the time she woke up her hair had really gone flat, but it was still cute. I don't think she was very happy though as you can tell from the pics! HAHA cute stinker!

Little Baby Blob

So yesterday I went and got an ultrasound to see my little nugget!!! I am about eight weeks along according to the size of baby blob and I got to hear the heartbeat for the first time. It is at 167 BPM (which is a faster heartbeat which may mean a girl!!) I will post the couple pics I took with my phone.

Halle has been having some really bad nights, she has been waking up and wanting to stay awake and I am just so exhuasted with everything going on it is so hard!! I don't know what I am going to do with her!! (Those of you that know my personal life know what I am talking about when I say "everything else going on")

Also I saw Twilight this past weekend three times, I LOVE IT!! I think it is a great movie. Nothing can live up to the book but I think that they did a pretty dang good job! I need to find me an edward!

So last night when I finally got home with Halle I started figuring out what we wanted to do until it was bath and bed time. This how the conversation with my 1 1/2 year old went.....

Me: Halle do you want to eat dinner?

Halle: No

Me: Do you want to watch TV?

Halle: No

Me: Do you want to read a book?

Halle: No

Me: Do you want to go play in the toy room?

Halle: No

Me: Well since you don't want to do anything I think I will go upstairs and go to bed, Bye

Halle: Bye

Sometimes.....

When times get hard, and all I want to do crawl into bed and forget about all my troubles all I have to do is look at this little face and I realize how lucky I am!

SIGH...Today...SIGH

It's one of those days, one of those days I should of stayed in bed and pulled the covers over my head and waited for tomorrow to come. Here is my day...(now I knwo it's annoying to hear people complain but I think I just need to vent!) #1 Woke up 45 minutes late. #2 Looked outside to see snow #3 TOOK 2 FRIGGIN HOURS TO GET TO WORK!!!! #4 Get to work, trying to put a smile on, but its work. #5 Everybody needs everything RIGHT NOW!! #6 My system I am working out of waited till I had all the information then decided to fail. #7 I am going to throw up.....again I can not wait until I get off, but of course I gotta stay longer cause I got to work late!!!I miss my squish, and I want to go to bed....sigh

Guess who is going to be a big sister?

That's right! HALLE!! Kevin and I are expecting our 2nd baby on July 6th 2009! We are very excited and a little nervous! YAY!! Have a good Halloween!

Our weekend!

So I was so excited for this past weekend (as you can tell by the last post) Now my husband did go through on his word and attempt all the activities I planned. (Up until the last minute I was ready for him to suddenly be violently ill or be called on a CIA mission or somethin) But we got up and got Halle ready to go to the zoo and we headed there, we got there and it was CHAOS!! So many people and long lines, and Kevin+Halle+Long Lines= bad bad moods. So we decided to just go out to breakfast and go to the pumpkin patch later instead. Well we went down to the shop to pick up Kevin and we went looking for the pumpkin patch but couldn't find the one that I wanted to go to, so again we decided to hold off till Sunday and go home and put our tired bug to bed.

So Sunday was the day and we ended up going to a pumplin patch on State St and 90th south. It was fun, Scott and Keyle came and we had some fun times snapping some pics of squish picking out pumpkins. After the pumpkin patch we went back to our house and Scott and Kevin carved pumpkins while Keyle and I picked out the pumpkin seeds (well Keyle did most of that!) and then we decided to go to Olive Garden for dinner which was fun but Halle was super hyper and wanted to be running around! It was a fun day and I can not WAIT for Halloween tomorrow!

The Unthinkable (Brace Yourself)

So something happened this morning that blew me away, something that I never thought would happen...Are you you're ready for this bombshell?....... Mr Kevin H Carter, Mr Workaholic, agreed to go to the zoo with Halle and I tomorrow, I know I know I saw a pig fly across my window too, but it is true! Also this very same man agreed to go to a pumpkin patch on Sunday. (THUNK,BUMP) Sorry I just fainted, but I think i'm okay, I think I may need to bring my camera and keep pinching myself to make sure it really is happening. So if anyone ever says they don't believe in miracles refer them to my blog cause this is a miracle in progress.

And the post wouldn't be complete without a update on Miss Muffet (aka Halle) So this is the story I got from my ma (aka nana woof woof) after watching Princess Hallekins yesterday, She tried putting Halle on her fun and learn potty to go potty which went great at first(by the way the next part of this story talks sbout poopoo and what can happen when mixed with a toddler so if your eating or not into poopoo stories you might want to stop reading) she did a little cute poop nugget (I didn't actually get to see it, but I am guessing it was cute) well after that I think she thought she was done so she got off, well turns out that she wasn't done and decided to finish on the kitchen floor, my mom panicked and called me, and since I do not have wings or a way of traveling one place to another by just folding my arms and blinking, I told her that she should probably pick it up, and put it in the toliet. Well I barely get that sentence out when the phone drops and I hear "NOOO HALLE DON'T TOUCH IT, CACACA, HALLE NO NO" At that time I am trying not to laugh and am picturing the look in moms eyes as her precious princess grandaughter picks up poopoo. I continued to sit on the phone listening to what was going on and trying to not laugh too hard. Finally my mom gets on the phone and said "Well I gotta go, Halle and the floor need a bath" Poor mom, When I got home I asked how the rest of the day went and she said "Well we decided to wear a diaper the rest of day". Again poor poor grandma thought that she was done potty training after us. So when I got home I put on my SUPER MOM cape and flew in the door and put on her big girl underwear and sat her on the toliet (not the fun and learn, please take my advice, that potty was the worst investment, it sings, which I thought was so cute, oh nonono, so distracting, she can get off by herself, which is such a bad idea, see above)

So I SUPER MOM could not get my little smush to peepee, so i said "SUPER MOM, maybe she doesn't have to pee" So I took off my cape and became regular mommy and sat down to snuggle and watch wonder pets with my little princess, as Linny, Tuck and Ming Ming too were in the throws of rescuing the baby elephant I felt a warm fluid cover my lap, And I thought to myself "Hmmm regular mommy, what would SUPER MOM do? and unfortunatly SUPER MOM must of been at lunch or taking a nap cause I jumped up, holding Halle by the armpits and ran to the bathroom and put her on her potty seat(the one that sits on top of the regular toliet) and said "Halle, go pee pee in the potty!" Needless to say she looked at me like I had just come from the funny farm and I know she was thinking "Duh, regular mommy, I just went" So I took her off and ran upstairs and threw us both in the bath. You know when you are so excited to have a baby I think people only give you the handbook that is titled "Babies are the best, have one now!" well the secret handbook isn't handed out till the day you spend 28 hours pushing, have an epidural that doesn't work, and deprive you from food and water, that you get a little squishy baby, then a man in a black hooded coat walks in the room and hands you the NEW handbook titled"So you fell for it, eh?, The Real Life of Being a Parent" which contents include "How to live on two hours of sleep", "How much caffeine can a person handle in one day" "Projectile Vomit, Yes it does project!" and the chapter I missed "What to do when you are peed on"

Guess who pooped in the potty?!!

I am sure everyone that just read the title either thought "Well I really don't want to know that Anne" or "Good job Kevin!" But it was our little bugaboo! My mother in law decided to take on the task of potty training our little princess and she has really picked it up! Makes me just a little sad because that's just a another baby quality that is going off the table, I think that I can't keep calling her my baby! Sigh, double sigh.. All I have to do is ask her if she needs to go pee pee or poo poo and she'll nod her head yes or no and then we will go from there. When she goes I give her toliet paper which she uses perfectly (she's been watching mama) and then get off and help flush the toliet and say "bye bye pee pee" or "bye bye poo poo" and then was her hands and be on her way! So cute and such a big girl!

Also last night I decided if she is on the path of not being my squishy baby anymore that maybe it's time to wean her off of that DARN bottle! So I read that they should be able to use a spoon before you wean them so I wanted to test her last night so I whipped up some oatmeal and applesauce, Needless to say it looked like a warzone after and the oatmeal had definitly won. It was pretty cute to watch though, she did pretty good but I don't think she has decided of she is lefty or righty so she kept switchin. But she got some in and we had a good time, we both ended up in the bath after we were done and sent in the hoover dog after and he did a pretty good job but it did take me a lot longer to clean up then it did to make it and for her to eat/massacre it. I will post the couple pics I did get before I couldn't pick up my phone cause my hands were covered in oatmeal.

YAY HUBBLE BUBBLE!!!

So my husband was on the radio this morning and I thought he did an excellent job!! Halle and I were orginally in the studio but she decided she wanted to be a bad stinker so we had to leave so I didn't get to hear until they posted it on the website. But he did an amazing job and I am so proud of him! This weekend Halle and I got to play with Demarion for a couple hours on saturday and that was quite the adventure, (note to self: Tired Demarion + Tired Halle= CHAOS!!! Halle did not like sharing her mommy and Demarion didn't like sharing his aunt, if one would cry then the other would, Halle wanted a bottle just cause Nug was having one. If one fell asleep the other would start crying and the other one would wake up.. needless to say I am still tired! I don't know how moms with multiple kids do this!! To all those moms I wish I could give each of you a cookie! (and probably a nap!) Sunday was just one of those days that is just a lazy tired day. Halle decided she wanted to wake up at 7:00 am (now again I don't expect symapthy but I likes to sleep in as much I can on the weekend since I spend my weekdays waking up at 5:15am to go to work. I know I hear violins too) Anyways she got up early so we went downstairs and watched blues clues and played but then Halle kept deciding that she wanted to be upstairs and I was trying to let Kevin sleep in so it became quite the chore, I would look away for 5 seconds and she would be off going up the stairs. So finally I had to put the pack in play in front of the stairs, she is such a little stink!! After her nap (well kinda nap, she spent most the time talking and throwing her binkis out than yelling "mama uh oh baba ah nuts! MAMAMA!!) (baba means binkie, blankie and bottle) Then we went and visited Kevin at the shop, went to christie's talked her into making some sugar cookies which I ate about 45 of them and had a bbq. Then Halle and I took off went home and went to bed! Well I am going to head home and go get my squish! Have a great afternoon. If I remember my camera I will post some pics tomorrow. Hydrogen Hybrid

I am so proud of my hubby bubby! He is really doing an amazing job with his business. Right now we are reliant on word of mouth and referrals froms friends and family, that's when all ya'll come into play! Family Pics

It is that time again! Family pics!! Kevins side of the family does pics about every five years and it was that time again! The funny part is that the last time we had them taken most of the siblings didn't have kids of there own and now everyone has at least one except Keyle and Scott who are getting married next June.

We did them on saturday evening and it was FREEZING!!! Maryann had originally planned to do them up the canyon but due to the snow we did them at her house in the backyard, Halle was hilarious, when the photographer would say cheese Halle thought that meant that she was saying hi so she would wave. It was so FUNNY!

After the pics we played games and celebrated Detrich's Birthday. It was fun for everyone to get together and it's amazing how much has changed in the last five years.

Wow! What have I been up too???

I feel like I am so crazy busy but when I am sitting here writing not one thing pops into my head about what the heck has been going on! We have been hard at work getting kevs shop all put together (well I really haven't, I have been busy with the stinker bug trying to balance work, home, and Halle and the opening of a new business.) Kevin's family has been so helpful with getting everything together, painting, cleaning, giving lots of good ideas! BJ airbrushed the logo on the wall and it looks amazing. The shop looks absolutley awesome! Halle has been so cute lately, she is such a goofball. She is talking like crazy and loves making anybody laugh. The other night Kevin and I were watching House (YAY its back on!! :)) and Halle woke up so I brought her downstairs and she was being so hilarious! She kept standing on her head and looking at me and kevin upside down! Also she accidently hit her head on her little princess tea kettle so I held my arms out and gave her loves and put her back down and she went over and lifted up the tea kettle and hit herself in the head again, and then came over for loves! Such a cute little nerd!! We are getting the Carter family pics next saturday so I gotta go shopping for clothes for us three! I love shopping for Halle but when it comes to me GRRR I hate finding something that looks cute and that I like, same with Kevin he is so picky!!! Well I gotta run so I can go pick up my squishy!! Fun/Busy/Crazy Weekend

COULDN'T YOU JUST EAT HER? So I am sitting here at work and everyone is asking me how my weekend was, and I don't even know where to start, I feel like our lives have gone from 5mph to 95mph in a millisecond! I am so excited about the shop opening on October 1st, it has been the biggest blessing to have all the puzzle pieces fall into place! Kevin has been working his cute little booty off to get things done, which means early mornings, late nights, and long days. Halle and I go down and visit and help the best we can but having 15 month old running around a huge shop with lots of dangerous things she could get a hold of is quite the adventure!

CUTE TIRED NUG NUG

K so Saturday morning we went up to Heber for Kevins Dad's Bday, we had to be up there by 10:00 so it was a early morning and rush rush rush. As soon as we got done there we went and helped Keyle and Scott move into there cute new house! I am so happy for them! They are getting married next June and are the cutest couple. Well my wonderful mom watched Halle while we did that, I helped for a couple hours but then had to get home to get Halle so my mom could go to a dinner. Kevin didn't get home from helping until like 830 or 9, and he was soooo tired so went to bed at like 930! (Man we are old!)

Then came sunday and we woke up like at 8:00 and got ready to head down to the shop to decide how to paint, we got down there and thank goodness Kevins sister and brother came to help, our dilemma though was all the kids, we didn't want them around the fumes and Halle would so want to play with the paint so I took all four kids (Halle 15 months, Demarion 3 months,

I AM THE BEST AUNT IN THE WORLD! LOOK AT THAT SMILE!!

It was pretty crazy but the good mommy/babysitter I got both babies asleep and was able to hang out with the two older ones for a minute. But it got crazy cause I had to give Halle a bath when she woke up and Carter and Jadyn had to watch Demarion. There was a lot of crying involved but what was amazing was carter got him to go to sleep! Go Carter! So I got Halle ready then we headed down to the shop (and by the way the shop looks so good!! ) and then mindy, me, Jadyn, demarion, and halle all went to walmart to get presents for Takeo's birthday. Then we headed to candices house for Takeo's 1st birthday. We had a lot of fun, there was a 16 month girl there and she kept hitting and pushing Halle down! So Sad, Halle didn't even cry she would just get up and walk away! So we got done with that and then we had to go back to walmart to get groceries (which is quite the time with two cranky, hungry babies)

TAKEO 1ST BIRTHDAY!!!!

Finally I dropped Mindy off and headed home with Halle crying almost the whole way. I got home, fed her and put her to bed! I am so tired and I need another weekend!

What a Week!!!!

Our new little niece Kendall! What a sweetie pants! So we (and when I say we I usually am just taking credit for my husband) had a pretty crazy weekend and the craziness has definitly followed us right into the week! We went up to see our new little niece Kendall on Friday and brought dinner up and hung out with Cari and Aaron and Keyle and Scott for a little while, we gave Halle a little baby doll to play with(which if you know me is a big step for me cause dolls freak me out) and snuggle so she didn't have to attack Kendall, well she decided that she liked the baby doll more as a chew toy then anything else! If I went "Oh cute baby" she would hug it and then chuck it across the seat! Needless to say maybe we should hold off on another baby until we are sure that Halle won't use it as a teether or a play toy!! Yum baby face!!! On Saturday we went to our nephew's football game, it was a lot of fun and Halle loved running around and playing, she was in her jersey and looked too cute for words! Grandpa Mike decided to stick Halle up in a tree and she loved it, she kept wanting Kevin to put her back up there! I trapped her!! Love pack n plays!! Halle deciding that it is better to ride facing forward. Dork On Sunday Halle and I got a lot of errands done and played a lot! It is just so nice to have time with her on the weekends!! Little Miss thing thinks she got to get up and play at 9 at night! LOVE THE BEDHEAD!! So this week Kevin has been getting ready to move into his shop, it is in Draper and it is AWESOME!! He finally moved in yesterday afternoon and I am so proud of him. For those of you who don't know Kevin and his partner Sean are opening a business called Hydrogen Hybrid, they make and distribute hydrogen cells in vehicles(hydrogen is an alternate form of gas and improves your gas mileage up to 50% or more. Kevin started with this idea and plans about 6 months ago and now he has his own shop and lots of plans! We are so excited to open his business and get this going! Halle and I went there last night and she LOVED running around in all that space, she wore herself completely out! I am glad she likes it cause that, I am sure, will be our 2nd home. If anybody is interested in getting a Hydrogen Cell in their vehicle of any kind call my husband Kevin at 801 910 2940. He can go over price and explain better than I can what it is! Well I will post pics of the shop when I get my camera back from Kevin, it is very very very nice and we will be doing lots of redecorating and designing so I will post the progress as we get it done!
